Step 1: An order comes in
A guest places a delivery order on your own online ordering. Boom Online Ordering restaurants come first; other ordering systems connect through the API.
Step 2: Deliveree gets quotes
It asks national courier networks, including DoorDash and Uber, what they would charge for that trip, right then.
Step 3: The cheapest is booked
Deliveree books the lowest quote it received and a courier is assigned. Nobody at the counter has to compare apps or make a call.
Step 4: Your guest tracks it on your page
The guest follows the driver on your restaurant’s own page, not in a courier’s app.
Billed at cost. The restaurant pays the courier’s price at cost plus a small dispatch fee, per delivery. No monthly minimums, no long contracts.

Which couriers does Deliveree use?
National courier networks, including DoorDash and Uber. Today their couriers are reached through a dispatch partner, and a direct Uber Direct connection is being added. For each order Deliveree compares the networks that quote for that trip.

Do I need a DoorDash or Uber account?
No. Deliveree books the courier for you. You don’t need an account with any courier network.
Can I use my own drivers?
Not yet. Sending an order to your own in-house driver instead of a courier network is planned.
Where does the guest track the delivery?
On your restaurant’s own page, not in a courier app. The guest sees your name, and the courier’s progress, while they wait.
